Orion Integrated Systems LLC (“Orion”, “we”, “us”) is a residential technology sales and marketing firm based at 401 Capital St, Jupiter, Florida 33458, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through orionintegrated.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have about it.

It applies to this website only. It does not cover the separate websites of the manufacturers we represent, or any dealer you may be introduced to, each of which has its own privacy practices.

The only personal information we collect from this website is what you type into our contact form and choose to send us. Specifically:

Your name — First and last name, so we know who we are replying to.

Your email address — So we can respond to your enquiry.

Your phone number — Optional. Provided only if you would rather we called you.

The subject of your enquiry — The category you select, such as lighting, shades, sound, smart systems, a showroom visit, or CEU training.

Your message — The full text of whatever you write in the message field.

That is the complete list. We do not ask for or collect payment details, addresses, dates of birth, or any other personal information through this site, and there are no user accounts to create.

Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider keeps routine technical logs of requests made to the server — typically the IP address, the time of the request, and the page requested. These exist for security and diagnostics, are generated automatically, and are not used by us to identify or profile individual visitors.

To respond to your enquiry. That is the only reason.

We use what you send us to answer your question, point you toward the right manufacturer or local dealer, arrange a showroom visit, or provide the training and specification support you have asked about.

We do not use it to build marketing lists, to send you newsletters or promotional email you did not ask for, or to profile you for advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

We do not add the information you send us to any mailing list, and we do not pass it to email marketing platforms or advertising networks.

There are two limited and ordinary exceptions, neither of which involves anyone buying or marketing to your data:

• Our own service providers. Our website host and our email provider necessarily handle your message in the course of delivering and storing it, in the same way a courier handles a sealed letter. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• Where the law requires it. If we were compelled by a valid legal request, or needed to act to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights, we would comply with our obligations.

If your enquiry is best answered by one of our dealers or manufacturer partners, we will tell you who we think you should speak to. We will not pass your details to them without your agreement.

Appointments at The Lighting Lofts showrooms are scheduled through Appointy, a third-party booking service, on a website separate from this one.

Appointy is used to confirm appointments with people already on our existing contact list rather than to gather information from the general public. Any details you enter into a booking page are handled by Appointy under its own privacy policy, which we would encourage you to read if you have questions about it.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not run Google Analytics, and there is no advertising network embedded in these pages.

The site is also built to avoid third-party requests: our fonts are hosted on our own server rather than loaded from an outside font service, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to anyone else.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to — while we are helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us about the same project.

We do not keep it indefinitely for its own sake, and you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You may ask us at any time to:

• Delete the information you have sent us.

• Tell you what we hold about you and where it came from.

• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.

Email info@orionintegrated.com with your request. We will confirm receipt, act on it promptly, and in any event respond within 45 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will never affect how we treat you.

The only information we may need to retain after a deletion request is whatever a legal or record-keeping obligation requires us to keep; if that applies to your request, we will tell you.

To request deletion of your information, email info@orionintegrated.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. Please send it from the email address you originally contacted us from where possible, as it helps us find the right records.

This website is intended for homeowners, designers, architects, and trade professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If our practices change — for example if we later add analytics, or begin sending a newsletter that people can opt into — we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
